Event Scoring ESC 'trainingmode' enables one to launch an event that operates similarily as the panicmode (see more:

'trainingmode' needs to be provisioned to the computer once by logging into it with an internet connection, after which it works offline
If you end up using Panic mode, the data can be exported out. See the guide Panic Mode Export Guide
