I cannot log in to the venue server

First check that your instance of the Venue Server is up to date. A message should appear on the login page if a new version is available and is ready to be downloaded. 


Once the latest version is installed, if the problem persists, check if you are using a valid Event Scoring Code.


If nothing still works,  a good remedy is to logout and login of the Venue Server. If all else fails try restarting the machine.
