How do I get my name added to the team roster after the event?

All game results, final standings and team roster are validated to FIBA by the event organiser in charge of organizing that particular event. Hence, FIBA does not change those results on the basis of a player or a team lead requests.

If you, as a player or as a team lead, want an erroneous entry to be corrected, you must get the event organiser to ask FIBA to re-open the event for data correction.

Note that in the case of duplicate player profiles being merged, the event does not need to be re-opened but the merged profile will be substituted on the place of the old source profile automatically.
